Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the specific circumstances.
Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges
If your exchange request is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items

Shipping Costs
