Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Please double-check all order details before confirming your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the specific circumstances.

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges

If your exchange request is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Any items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
